This breathtaking wedding at the Hauser and Wirth Gallery in Somerset was an absolute dream to photograph.
My first meeting with Emma and Luke was over cocktails in a London bar. It could not have been more different from the Hauser and Wirth Gallery but the cracking cocktail theme did continue.
Both Emma and Luke put so much effort into planning their big day and it showed in every aspect. With Emma getting ready at the manor house on the gallery grounds it was a team effort in the creation of floral wonders and cake making. With the ceremony itself not until the late afternoon there was plenty of time to document the day in the amazing setting. After all the prep was complete it was time for the big moment and what a location for the ceremony, this must be one of the few places on earth you can officiate in a work of Art !. With hard sunlight creating the most amazing shadows and shapes and such a collection of amazing people it was an intimate yet equally breath taking.
After the ceremony the venue and its team really kicked into gear with a seamless operation that started with Canapes and finished with a very late night in the bar. The Roth Bar and Grill in itself is deserving of a photo essay on its own and the theme of kick ass cocktails came back full circle.
